BRIDAL HAIR & MAKEUP SERVICES

What does it entail?  We listen to your ideas and look at your inspiration pics for your wedding day and work with you to come up with a look that would best accentuate your features.

What makes it unique?  We go out of our way to ensure that each moment is memorable.  From surprises at your trial to just being a calming influence on your day.

Why should you hire us?  Having been by many brides sides on the most important day of their life, we have adopted the motto “Your day, your way”  We ensure that you are comfortable, at ease and having a great time while getting ready.  We ensure that we follow your body language and if you need a calming influence we provide a sense of peace and calm to calm the last minute nerves.  If you are chatty and upbeat then we join in and provide some fun and laughter.  We ensure that at the end you look absolutely amazing, but you still look like you. That when your groom is seeing you walk down the aisle he is thinking “how on earth did I manage to marry her?!”

One fact you must know about the service?  We tailor make each quote to suit each brides wedding and requirements.  We are more than happy to rework quotations to meet your needs.

What is the process? To book our services and secure your wedding date:

• 50% booking fee as per the invoice is due to clear and the remaining balance becomes due a month before the wedding day
• Please ensure you read, initial and sign our CPA compliant agreeement (this protects us both)
• Please also ensure that you read the fine print at the end of the invoice as that outlines our cancellation procedure which is worked out on a sliding scale.

Booking is only confirmed once you are in receipt of your updated invoice reflecting your payment and a confirmation email from us.   Due to the extremely busy nature of the wedding industry, we cannot unfortunately can’t hold dates as much as we would love to.

MAKEUP DEMOS & PARTIES – PERSONAL

VENUE:  AT YOUR HOME; CHOSEN VENUE OR IN STUDIO – KLOOF BASED

Professional Makeup Artist and Creative Director of Accentuate, Jacqui Trinder will provide a fun, comprehensive and interactive live makeup demonstration.  Jacqui, a M.A.C Sponsored Makeup Artist and Product specialist has the necessary experience gained in her days as a M.A.C Techniques facilitator and many years travelling around the world doing makeup for events such as the Olympics in Canada and Fashion weeks.  During the Demo, guests will be shown step by step how to create the perfect makeup look.  They will learn how to accentuate the features they love and perhaps downplay those which they are not so fond of.

THEY WILL LEARN:

•         Skincare
•         Priming
•         Foundation
•         Concealing
•         Cheeks and Powder
•         Eyes including shading correctly; lining and mascara
•         Lips including priming, lining and gloss

THEY WILL GET:

Face chart, headband, wedges, mascara wand, disposable lip brush

All options come with a 20% off Personalised Makeup Lesson voucher (Usual cost: R1,900)

OPTION 1 FORMAT:  DEMO ONLY

Guests watch an informative demo on a chosen guest, including tips and tricks on a basic, everyday makeup look.

Time frame – 1.5 hours

Price – R4950

Number of Guests – Limited to venue capacity

OPTION 2 FORMAT:  DEMO + PERSONAL ASSESSMENT & RECOMMENDATIONS

Guests watch an informative demo.  Thereafter the facilitator has one on one time with each guest, giving them a precise product recommendation.

Timeframe – 1.5 hours plus 30 mins per person

Price R4950 + R250 –per person for the precise product recommendation tailored to them.

Number of Guests – No more than 10

Facilitator will bring an additional artist with to assist if over 6 guests at an additional cost per artist to ensure your guests are properly catered for and attended to.

OPTION 3 FORMAT:  GUIDED DEMO

Guests watch an informative demo on a chosen guest and follow along with the facilitator.  Facilitator brings all necessary makeup along and sets up workstations

PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS OPTION MAKEUP BRUSH SETS WOULD NEED TO BE ORDERED. COST FROM R500 per person for a stunning travel size set. (Please request pics)

Time frame – 3 hours

Price – R4500 + R350 per person (brushes cost listed above additional)

SIGNATURE PERSONALISED MAKEUP LESSON

What does it entail?  During the Signature Personalised Makeup Lesson you will be shown step by step how to create the perfect makeup look for YOUR own face.

You will learn how to accentuate the features you love and perhaps downplay that which you are not so fond of.

Using a combination of the makeup you already own (if you do already use makeup) as well as our makeup kit you will be taught which colours and textures are best suited to you.

What makes it unique?   Ensuring you are comfortable in the lesson is important.  We can either provide the service in our fully kitted Hair + Makeup studio or in the comfort of your own home.  

Why should you hire me?   Having been M.A.C cosmetics Techniques Class Facilitators as well as Product Specialists the artists have a vast product knowledge.   Their skills set on tips and tricks to share is unique to each person.

I call the stores ahead of time to set products aside – saving you time and effort.

I bring along your list of products I have handpicked for you during your lesson and personally go through them

I double check each item and colour is correct for YOU

If there are any special offers or freebies I arrange and ask for you
