Our CPA compliant cancellation policy: 

Cancellation in writing of:

12 months or more before original wedding date – Full refund 

6 – 12 months before original wedding date – 50% refund 

4 – 5 months before original wedding date – 30% refund

2 – 3 months before original wedding date – 20% refund 

1-2 months before the original wedding date – 10% refund 

Same month of the wedding – no refund given

Minus admin costs of R550 per hour 

Minus any services or products already utilised

SPECIAL OCCASSIONS & SHOOTS:

We will try our best to move your booking, but due to the busy nature of our industry it is unlikely that we would be able to accommodate this and therefore no refund would be due as we would have booked that time out of our diaries specifically for that date and time which we cannot now replace.
